Hi I’m Jessica, I’m a nutrition and lifestyle medicine therapist
I work with busy career women who often feel their bodies are no longer their own and who feel they are at the mercy of their health complaints. As a result of working together, my clients feel empowered, energised, in control of their health and enjoying life again.
My mission is to support and empower the health and well-being of individuals, groups and businesses by delivering nutritional mastery, education and behaviour change through a scientific evidence-based approach to promote thriving lives.

After many years struggling with my energy and blood sugar levels, I discovered the power of nutrition and lifestyle medicine...

This discovery restored my vitality and productivity, sparking a life-changing shift. It inspired my transition to a career in nutritional therapy and motivated me to advocate for improved nutrition and lifestyle among colleagues in my previous profession. Today, this passion drives me to help individuals and organisations prioritise health and wellbeing, fostering healthier, more productive lives and workplaces.
I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and registered with the Complimentary and Healthcare Council. I have achieved my MSc with distinction in Nutritional Therapy from Worcester University and my Level 6 diploma in Nutrition and Health from BCNH College of Nutrition & Health.

My 1-to-1 Programmes
Northwell Nutrition offers a number of different packages to support your health needs. Every programme is 12 weeks long and begins with a 90-minute consultation to discuss your goals, your completed health intake form and gathers any further essential information about your diet, lifestyle and environment. We will then work through your bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan. There are three levels of support depending on your needs: Essential, Advanced and Ultimate. Essential Programme

A foundational program designed to assess your diet and lifestyle and set you on the path to better health. This is for those who require minimal support, and who are motivated but feel like they are missing something to get their health back on track. Through diet and lifestyle advice, this programme helps get you feeling confident and energised.
WHAT THIS PROGRAMME INCLUDES
• 12 weeks support with a 90-minute initial consultation, 2 x 60-minute follow-up appointments and 2 x 15-minute check-in calls
• In-depth health and lifestyle assessment
•Nutrition and lifestyle education and guidance
•Personal health coaching to support new food choices and habits
•Nutrition advice and supplement plan if appropriate
•Current medication and nutrient interaction evaluation if applicable
•Recipes, meal plan and shopping list (if appropriate)
•Basic email support between sessions through Practice Better

Advanced Programme
This is my signature programme and is for those who tried everything but feel stuck or who need help finding their way back to health and vitality. It’s for those who want to get their life back and feel empowered. This programme gives you fortnightly support tailored to your individual needs and helps you make manageable changes to establish new habits through diet and lifestyle advice and health coaching.
WHAT THIS PROGRAMME INCLUDES
• 12 weeks support with a 90-minute initial consultation, 4 x 45-minute fortnightly sessions and 1 x 60-minute succession session
• In-depth health and lifestyle assessment
•Nutrition and lifestyle education and guidance
•Personal health coaching to support new food choices and habits
•Nutrition advice and supplement plan if appropriate
•Current medication and nutrients interaction evaluation if applicable
•Recipes, meal plan and shopping list (if appropriate)
•Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation
•Test results discussion and further tailored support
•Email and chat support when appropriate through Practice Better

This programme is for those with a more complex health picture or for those desiring a deep dive into their health, wellbeing and eating environment to promote optimum health. With weekly support, I help you make tailored diet and lifestyle changes which will form to new habits for a healthy future. We will overcome challenges together, set achievable goals, and ensure you feel motivated and confident in your health transformation.
